Tedee Pro Black with M&C Cilinder

The Tedee Pro Smart Lock is a wireless electronic lock that you can control with your smartphone from anywhere in the world. Tedee even locks the door for you automatically! By holding the button for one second, you can close the front door behind you when you leave, and Tedee will lock the door after the set number of seconds. This way, you never have to use a key again.

If you choose the Refurbished version, you get €75 off. This is a standalone Tedee Pro without a box but comes with a full warranty.

You don’t need to buy and replace batteries! Thanks to the lock's ultra-low energy consumption and a powerful rechargeable battery, you can use your lock for about 10 months on a single charge. Don't worry if you forget to unplug the charging cable, as the magnetic connector prevents damage to your charging cable when opening or closing the lock while charging. Tedee has a beautiful design and is the smallest and quietest smart lock currently available.

Through the app, you can grant access to others, such as your family, office staff, B&B or AirB&B guests, or the cleaner on Tuesday mornings. Access can be limited or removed directly through the App. The logbook allows you to see who has used your Smart Lock.

This combination deal includes not only the Tedee lock but also the adjustable M&C SKG*** secure cylinder! You can adjust the cylinder to the following sizes.

Installation

Installing the Tedee is fairly straightforward.

If you have measured the old cylinder size, start by customizing the M&C cylinder. Read the manual and check the video below if necessary. Don't worry if the battery is dead and you haven't charged it in time; the key will still work on the outside of your door.

The communication of the Tedee Lock is secured with multi-level encryption. The security standards are comparable to those of the online banking sector and are tested by independent bodies such as AV-Test.org.

It is handy that you can still control your lock outside of Tedee's Bluetooth range, for example, when you are at work. For that, you need the Tedee Bridge, which is sold separately! The bridge connects your Tedee lock to your Wi-Fi network, allowing you to control your lock from anywhere in the world through an internet connection. The bridge should be connected within about 5 meters of the lock for a good Bluetooth range.
