Automate your fuse box or power circuits easily and affordably with this smart Shelly PRO 1PM WiFi and LAN DIN-Rail switch. Control or automate up to 1 group with your smartphone from anywhere in the world, or set up convenient switching schemes and scenes via the free Shelly App. No expensive Gateway or Hub required! This is the new version (no DC connection).
For example, if you connect your lighting and appliances to one group, you can turn them on or off with a single press of a button, which is handy for office use. Never forget to turn off the lights again, prevent standby power leakage, and save on energy costs. Through power measurement, you can monitor the group's consumption and even set the maximum load per group, with the Shelly PRO 1PM automatically switching off the group in case of overload. Voice control with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa is also possible.
This smart WiFi and LAN DIN-Rail switch can be installed in your fuse box and switches 1 group of up to 16A (3680W). Install the Shelly PRO 1PM and connect via Bluetooth for easy pairing with the App. Click on Add Device in the menu and follow the instructions. After that, you can control the switch wirelessly with the App from anywhere in the world, incorporate it into smart scenes (scenarios), and set timers.
The Shelly PRO 1PM features the new ESP32 processor, supports mjS scripting, and also has a local HTTP server (port 80), which acts as a simple web page allowing users to set basic parameters. This way, you can control the Shelly PRO 1PM via web requests and integrate it with your home automation or smart home system.
You might also want to order an RC-Snubber. The Shelly RC Snubber is an energy-absorbing circuit used to suppress voltage spikes caused by the inductive load of the circuit when a switch, electrical or mechanical, is opened. An inductive load (current that lingers) is, for example, a coil. Coils are found in transformers, gas discharge lamps (fluorescent lights), electric motors, and relays.
Works with
* FIBARO Home Center 2, 3, or Lite via a Virtual Device/Quick App
** Apple HomeKit requires flashing or a Homebridge
If you prefer not to use the free Shelly cloud service but still want to control your devices remotely, that's no problem. The Shelly PRO 1PM also supports basic MQTT (Message Queue Telemetry Transport) for reliable connections via a central mediator: the MQTT broker. The involved devices only communicate with the broker and do not know each other directly. They do not need to know the IP addresses and technical details of the other participants. Therefore, it is safe and reliable, with real-time monitoring and easy integration. Want to know more? Read our Shelly WiFi Switch Blog.
