Shelly Button1

Control your lights, garage door, blinds, or shutters wirelessly with the Shelly Button1. Easily create smart scenes (scenarios) in the free app for your home automation. For example, set up a scene to turn your bedroom lighting to 80% in the evening and to 5% at night. The Button1 can also be used outdoors and is weather-resistant (IPX5). Rain and moisture are no problem.

There is also now the BLU Button1, which works via Bluetooth, is smaller, available in 4 colors, and has batteries that last much longer.

The Shelly WiFi Button1 White or Black is a very cost-effective and smart small rechargeable WiFi button for your Smart Home System, which you can use as a remote control. The open-source nature ensures that you can integrate the Shelly Button1 with almost any home automation system. However, Shelly also offers its own free app that allows you to set up a Smart Home System easily and affordably without the cost of a Gateway/Hub. The Shelly Button1 comes in Black or White and operates on a rechargeable battery via a USB port, with approximately 3000 operations per charge. The Button1 has 4 actions for activating scenes or actions:
- Single press
- Double press
- Triple press
- Long press

Install the Shelly Button1 according to the instructions, connect via WiFi with the free Shelly app, and link your Shelly Button1 with other Shelly devices via Actions or Scenes. It doesn't get easier than that! The LED ring provides confirmation of your press with a color indication. The Shelly Button1 has a built-in HTTP web server (port 80), which functions as a simple web page for integrating the Shelly Button1.

If you prefer not to use the free Shelly cloud service but still want to control your devices remotely, no problem. The Shelly Button1 also supports basic MQTT (Message Queue Telemetry Transport) for reliable connections via a central broker: the MQTT broker. The involved devices only communicate with the broker and do not know each other directly. They do not need to know each other's IP addresses or technical details.
