The Shelly BLU TRV is a smart Bluetooth thermostat valve for your radiator. Control your heating with the app, easily set heating schedules, and enjoy a comfortable temperature in every room. This is true zone heating, with each space at the right temperature at the right time.

Thanks to the smart Shelly TRV radiator valve, you only heat where it's needed and never higher than necessary. Whether the fireplace is burning or the sun is shining through the windows, the Shelly TRVs take that into account. This way, you can save up to 15% on your heating costs.
Install the TRV on every radiator in less than 5 minutes, pair it with the included Bluetooth Gateway, which is connected via WiFi to the Shelly app, and set schedules per room to create zone heating. From that moment, tailored comfort is possible. For example, think of the baby's room where you want it at 17°C, the living room where 20°C feels comfortable, while 14°C is enough for the unused guest room. The Bluetooth TRV runs on 2x 1.5V AA batteries and lasts about 2 years.
How does it work?
The Shelly BLU TRV radiator valve is suitable for almost all radiators where the old thermostat valve can be removed. The TRV radiator valve comes equipped with an M30x1.5mm adapter ring. For the most common variations, standard adapter rings are included, such as M28x1.5mm, Danfoss RA/RAV/RAVL, and more. Know that adapter rings are available for almost all other radiator connections. Your installer will know everything about this.
If you combine the Shelly BLU TRV with a Shelly BLU H&T temperature sensor or other Shelly temperature sensor, you can easily place it somewhere in the room for the best temperature measurement. Geofencing or the Shelly BLU Motion sensor is also an option to smartly control your heating with the Shelly TRV. And if a window is open, the Shelly BLU Door/Window sensor turns off the TRV, preventing unnecessary energy waste.
Even when you go on vacation, simply activate the Holiday Profile and save energy. If you forget, no problem, just use the app from your car or the airport. And a day before your return, deactivate it via the app, ensuring a comfortable temperature when you get home. The possibilities are endless.
In addition to smartly controlling your radiators, you can also have the boiler or heat pump controlled smartly with, for example, a Shelly Plus 1 or Shelly 1 Gen3. If there is a heat demand somewhere, the boiler is turned on; if there’s no demand, it is turned off. If you also have underfloor heating, you can make it smart with Shelly as well. True zone heating is now possible with Shelly thanks to the new TRV.
