NOTE: The Shelly Motion Sensor requires a firmware update immediately after installation, which is easiest via the free Shelly BLE Debug app for Android or iOS. Otherwise, the batteries will deplete quickly.

Automatically Switch Your Lighting
The Shelly BLU Motion, with a response time of less than 100ms and an integrated lux (light intensity) sensor, is ideal for switching your lighting when motion is detected, especially during dusk or darkness. You can adjust the sensitivity of the sensor so that small pets do not trigger it.
Combine the Shelly BLU Motion with the Shelly Plus 1 to automatically switch your lighting and the Shelly Plus Plug S for your table and floor lamps. Order them together!
The Shelly BLU Motion is a wireless Bluetooth motion sensor and comes with a CR2477 battery that lasts about 5 years with normal use due to its Low-Power CPU. The sensor’s response time is incredibly fast, less than 100ms. This smart sensor also features lux (light intensity) measurement. You can adjust the sensitivity of the sensor to prevent it from being triggered by small pets. Installation is simple with the included wall sticker.
Automatically Turn Off Unnecessary Lighting
The Shelly BLU Motion is also ideal for turning off unnecessary lighting when there has been no motion for a while or when it is no longer dusk or dark. You can adjust the sensitivity of the sensor to avoid it being triggered by small pets.
Combine the Shelly BLU Motion with the Shelly Plus 1 or the Shelly Dimmer to automatically adjust your lighting levels at night. This is easier on your eyes.
The Bluetooth range is approximately 10m indoors and about 30m outdoors. When you set up Shelly Plus and Pro devices as Bluetooth gateways, the Bluetooth signal is strengthened within your home (mesh network) and the range for your smart Bluetooth BLU Motion Sensor is increased. Don’t have Shelly Plus or Pro devices yet? No worries, there is also a Shelly BLU Gateway Stick available. The Bluetooth connection is fully secure with AES Encryption (CCM mode). It is also compatible with Home Assistant and other Smart Home systems that support the BTHome protocol. Besides the new Shelly Smart Control App, you can still use the old Shelly Cloud app.

Fantastisch hoe snel deze reageert op beweging en de status doorgeeft aan Home Assistant. Ik heb aardig wat Shelly devices in huis welke als Bluetooth gateway fungeren. Het installeren was vrij eenvoudig.
TIP: gebruik de Shelly BLE (debug) app om de firmware te updaten naar de laatste versie. Ook de "motion led" kan worden uitgezet.
