The Position

Home2Link is a young company that sells Smart Home systems and products through our webshop and store, and also offers installation services. We provide well-known and reputable brands such as Philips Hue, RING, FIBARO, Shelly, Samsung SmartThings, Google Home, Athom Homey, Aeotec, Nuki, and more.

As a Sales Support Representative, you will welcome customers in the showroom and store, and after thorough training, you will be able to provide demos and suitable advice. Additionally, you will handle incoming webshop orders, emails, and phone calls.

Who are you?

  • You have the skills to be both an advisor and a salesperson while staying results-oriented;
  • You are social, customer-friendly, and presentable;
  • You are meticulous, accurate, and detail-oriented;
  • You are communicative and possess strong persuasive skills;
  • You have experience in a similar role; webshop experience is a plus;
  • You have a technical background and an affinity with home automation (domotics);
  • You can work independently;
  • You are also available to work regularly on Saturdays and occasionally on Sundays and public holidays;
  • You handle administrative tasks related to the sale of products;
  • You are familiar with Windows and Office (Word, Outlook, Excel);
  • You are multifunctional;
  • You have a driver’s license B;
  • You are from the Haarlem region.
