Shipping
For orders over €75, we ship the same business day with DPD free of charge throughout the Netherlands, provided the order is placed before 15:00. Alternatively, orders placed before 17:00 are shipped the same day with PostNL for orders over €100. Evening delivery with PostNL is never free. Most packages are generally delivered the next day. On Saturdays and Sundays, DPD and PostNL do not offer pick-up services, so orders placed on these days will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
For orders over €75, we offer free shipping with DPD to Belgium, provided the order is placed before 15:00. Orders placed until 17:00 are shipped free of charge with PostNL for orders over €150. Generally, delivery in Belgium is within about 1-2 business days. On Saturdays and Sundays, DPD and PostNL do not offer pick-up services, so orders placed on these days will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Not home during the day?
Then choose a DPD or PostNL Service Point that is open in the evening, and have your package delivered there. Alternatively, select PostNL Evening Delivery (not free of charge).
NOTE:
For Belgium, you need to place your order as a business by creating an account with a valid VAT number for an intra-community invoice.
If necessary, we may adjust the choice of DPD or PostNL. Small orders may be sent as a Letterbox Package with Track & Trace if possible. This reduces packaging materials and space in the delivery van, which is better for the environment, and you don’t have to stay home for delivery. Unfortunately, our system does not allow for the selection of a Letterbox Package at checkout.
If you do not want us to adjust your choice, please indicate this in the 'Comments' section at checkout. These comments will not appear on the invoice, but will be noted on the packing slip.
Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
You will then be credited with the full order amount, including any shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are at your own expense. These costs amount to €6.95 per package for the Netherlands, including insurance, and must be sent via the official return link you received from us.
For returns from Belgium, you will need to handle the shipping yourself. You will be credited with the full order amount, including any shipping costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then send you a return link with a label or a return number, and will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received in good order. Please keep your shipping receipt until you are credited.
Exception:
Products purchased through this web store that are custom-made or adjusted according to your specifications are not subject to the right of withdrawal. The sale is final after successful payment. This also applies to business transactions, where the right of withdrawal does not apply.
