We are also affiliated with Stichting LightRec for the registration of the lamps we place on the market.
Old for New Scheme
With the Old for New scheme, we enable customers to return old small electrical and electronic devices at the time of purchase so that they can be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner according to legal regulations. There are two options for returning:
1. You can return the old electrical or electronic device at the shipping department.
2. You can send the old electrical or electronic device to us.
We will ensure that the old device is recycled or disposed of free of charge.
There is also a third option: you can return the old electrical or electronic device at the environmental street.
Conditions for Returning Old Replaced Devices
1. Contact customer service to register your return.
2. Ensure the device is clean and empty and does not contain any loose parts.
3. Ensure the device is well and securely packed in a suitable size.
4. Make sure our return address is clearly visible on the top of the package; include the order number of your newly ordered product on the package.
5. Note: when purchasing a new electrical device, you can only return your old comparable product free of charge.
