The robust SwitchBot Smart Lock Pro made of metal is a wireless electric lock that you can control worldwide with your smartphone and it even automatically locks and unlocks the door for you! Your smartphone connects to the electric lock via the SwitchBot app, ensuring the lock automatically opens when you're within Bluetooth range (approximately 5m), which is super convenient if your hands are full with groceries. With the Fingerprint Keypad, you can easily unlock the door with your fingerprint or a PIN code. This is useful if your smartphone is dead or if you're going for a run, for example. You'll never need to use a key again.

The Smart Lock and Keypad operate via Bluetooth, and with the Matter Hub using Wi-Fi, you have full integration, making it compatible with renowned platforms like Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings, and more. The best part is that you can still control the SwitchBot Smart Lock Pro even when you're out of Bluetooth range, for example, when you're at work. The included Matter Hub makes this possible! You connect the Hub to your Wi-Fi network, allowing you to control your lock from anywhere in the world via an internet connection. And with the included door sensor, you can now also check if your door is actually closed!

Through the SwitchBot app, you can grant others access to the lock, such as your family, office staff, B&B or Airbnb guests, or the cleaner on Tuesday mornings. Access can be limited via the app or removed entirely. You can also view a log to see who has used your Smart Lock.

Installation

Never before has a smart lock been so easy to install. Simply leave your key in the lock, place the SwitchBot Pro lock over it, and you're done within 3 minutes! If you still want to open the door with your key, make sure you have a double cylinder (a cylinder that can be opened from the outside even when the key is inserted on the inside).
