The Nuki Smart Lock 4.0 Pro is a wireless electronic lock that you can control worldwide with your smartphone. Nuki even automatically opens and locks the door for you! Your smartphone communicates with your Nuki electronic lock via the app, ensuring that the lock automatically opens when you are within Bluetooth range (approx. 5m). This is super handy when your hands are full with groceries. With Lock 'n' Go, you simply close the front door behind you, and Nuki engages the night latch. Nuki Smart Lock 4th Generation with Matter

New to the Nuki Pro 4 is Matter via Thread integration, making it compatible with renowned platforms like Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings, and more. The new Nuki not only has Bluetooth and WiFi on board but also operates via the new Thread protocol. To connect via Thread, you will need a Thread Border Router, such as an Apple TV 4th generation. Check at the bottom of the page to see if you might already have a Thread Border Router at home. The lifespan of the rechargeable Battery-Pack has also been improved to 6 months.

What’s even better is that you can control your lock even outside Bluetooth range, for example, when you are at work. The integrated WiFi or Thread connection makes this possible! By connecting your Nuki lock to your Wi-Fi network, you can control your lock from anywhere in the world via an internet connection. The Nuki 4.0 Pro now comes standard with the improved Nuki Power Pack, so changing batteries is no longer necessary. Just occasionally recharge the removable Power Pack. And with the new door sensor (sold separately), you can now also see if your door is closed!

Through the app, you can grant access to others, such as family, office staff, B&B or AirBnB guests, or the cleaner on Tuesday mornings. Installation

Never has a smart lock been so easy to install. Just leave your key in the lock, place the Nuki lock on it, and you are done in 3 minutes! If you still want to open the door with your key, make sure you have a double cylinder (a cylinder that can be opened from the outside even with the key on the inside). Prefer not to install it yourself or don’t have a double cylinder? Then contact us.
