Shelly BLU Button Tough 1

Shelly BLU Button Tough 1

The Shelly BLU Button Tough 1 comes in 3 colours; Black, iVory and Mocha, and can be used as a remote control. This smart bluetooth (BLE) button runs on a CR2032 battery which lasts about 2 years.

The Button1 has 4 actions for activation of scenes or Actions;
- 1x Short press
- 2x Short press
- 3x Short press
- And Long press

Install the Shelly Bluetooth button via the free Shelly Smart Control App and create Actions or Scenes to control your Shelly devices. It couldn't be simpler! The response time is less like 1 second. The BLU Button1 Tough also gives visual colour feedback regarding its status and possibly sound to find it back (beacon mode.) But you can also just turn the sound off. The Bluetooth range is about 10m indoors and 30m outdoors. You need to set at least 1 Shelly Plus, Gen3 or Pro device as a Bluetooth gateway. But if you set more Shelly Plus, Gen3 and/or PRO devices as Bluetooth gateway, then the Bluetooth signal in the house is strengthened (mesh network) and the range of your smart button increases. If you don't have any of these devices then there is also the Shelly BLU Gateway. You can also use scripting for complex scenes, and use the same actions at each location, such as home, office and holiday home. The Bluetooth connection is completely secure with AES Encryption (CCM mode.) Also compatible with e.g. Home Assistant or other Smart Home System which supports the BTHome protocol.
