Shelly BLU Button1

Wirelessly control your Shelly devices with the Shelly BLU Button1. Easily create smart actions or scenes in the free app for your home automation. For example, set up a scene to activate mood lighting with a single press when you watch a movie, or turn off all your lights with a double-click when you go to bed. The possibilities are endless. This Bluetooth Button1 is super small and fits in your pocket or can be used as a keychain.

NOTE: The Shelly BLU Button1 requires a firmware update (currently 20230530-11223/v1.0.7) via the Shelly BLE Debug app for Android or iOS. Check out the video at the bottom of the page. If you want to use the Shelly BLU Button1 as a keychain, we recommend ordering the robust Bumper.

The Shelly BLU Button1 comes in 4 colors: White, Black, Blue, and Red, and can be used as a remote control. This smart Bluetooth (BLE) button operates on a CR2032 battery, which lasts about 2 years. The Button1 has 4 actions for activating scenes or actions:
- Single press
- Double press
- Triple press
- Long press

Install the Shelly Bluetooth button via the free Shelly Smart Control App and create actions or scenes to control your Shelly devices. It couldn't be easier! The response time is less than 1 second. The BLU Button1 also provides visual color feedback about its status and can emit sound to help you locate it (beacon mode). You can also turn off the sound. The Bluetooth range is approximately 10m indoors and 30m outdoors. You need to set up at least one Shelly Plus or Pro device as a Bluetooth gateway. If you set up more Shelly Plus, Gen3, and/or Pro devices as Bluetooth gateways, the Bluetooth signal in the house will be strengthened (mesh network) and the range of your smart button will increase. You can also use scripting for complex scenes and use the same actions at any location, such as home, office, or vacation house. The Bluetooth connection is fully secure with AES Encryption (CCM mode). It is also compatible with Home Assistant or other smart home systems that support the BTHome protocol.
