Shelly Plus H&T Display

With the small Shelly Plus H&T (Humidity & Temperature) WiFi Sensor, you can monitor the humidity and temperature in your home or office. Often underestimated, humidity is very important for your health and the health of your home (e.g., mold). It is recommended to maintain humidity levels between 30-50 percent, with an ideal level of 45 percent. With the help of the Shelly Plus H&T, the display, and the free app, it's a breeze. Create smart scenes and automatically control your humidifier with the Shelly WiFi Plug, automate your ventilation system, and automatically control your electric (floor) heating or Shelly TRV for a comfortable temperature in the (bath)room. It works stand-alone, so no expensive hub or gateway is needed.

The Shelly Plus H&T operates on 4x AA 1.5V batteries (approx. 1 year, batteries not included) and can be placed wherever you like, on the wall or on a flat surface with the included stand, as long as it's within WiFi range. With its beautiful design and low-power E-ink display, the sensor fits into any interior. The sensor continuously measures the humidity and temperature in its immediate surroundings and stores this data for up to one year for free in the cloud. Through the free app, you can view the data and easily create smart scenes with full control over the humidity and temperature in your home or office, ensuring a healthy and comfortable environment.
It is perfect to combine with the Shelly Plug or Shelly Plus 1 relay switch.

Place the Shelly Plus H&T, press the button to connect via WiFi using the free Shelly app, and pair the sensor. It couldn't be simpler!
Make sure to "wake up" the Shelly Plus H&T by pressing the button before saving any changes.
If you want to get more frequent updates through lower threshold values for more up-to-date information but don't want to keep changing batteries, connect it via the USB-C port. The Shelly Plus H&T will then send updates of temperature & humidity more often.

The Shelly Plus H&T has a built-in ESP32 4MB flash chip. This allows you to flash your own or alternative firmware, such as Tasmota. For this, you will need a USB-to-UART 3.3V adapter with at least 350mA, such as our FTDI adapter. Flashing is done via the pins on the inside. NOTE: Since this sensor frequently enters sleep mode to conserve battery, we do not recommend flashing unless you know exactly what you are doing! Also, flashing is not reversible for the Plus series!

If you prefer not to use the free Shelly cloud service but still want to control your devices remotely, no problem. The Shelly Plus H&T also supports basic MQTT (Message Queue Telemetry Transport) for reliable connections via a central mediator: the MQTT broker. The involved devices communicate only with the broker and do not need to know each other. They do not need to know the IP addresses and technical details of other participants. It is therefore safe and reliable.
