The Nuki Opener is the next logical step in our vision for creating a comprehensive smart access system. As an extension of your existing intercom, you can now control it directly through the Nuki app. The principle is clear: one app – one ecosystem – one solution for all doors. The Nuki Opener transforms your existing intercom system into a smart door opener and is designed so that you can install it yourself in your home.

Open door via app
A simple swipe or tap in the Nuki app is all it takes. Combined with the Nuki Bridge, you can comfortably open your front door remotely for your friends.
Ring to Open
The Ring to Open feature activates your intercom's buzzer as soon as someone rings your doorbell. Your smartphone will be recognized as soon as you are nearby.
Doorbell Suppression
In the Nuki App, you can set the Opener to suppress your intercom's doorbell signal when someone rings the bell.
Continuous Mode
Activate the continuous mode so that the Nuki Opener always immediately opens the main entrance when someone rings the bell. You can enable this feature at any time with a single press of a button in the Nuki app.
Compatibility
There are a large number of intercom systems available on the market. Unlike cylinders, there is no defined standard in design or signal processing. Therefore, the Nuki Opener may not yet be directly compatible with all systems. For technical reasons, certain systems may never be supported. This is precisely why we have created the compatibility check. Check below in the downloads to see if your intercom system is listed. If not, send us an email with the brand and model of your intercom system. We will contact you once your system has been verified.
