The Water Sensor is a universal Z-Wave Plus water/temperature sensor and operates on a battery or external 12/24V power supply. The sensor registers the temperature and detects the presence of water, sending a signal that can turn other components on or off and send a notification through your Smart Home System to your smartphone or tablet in case of imminent danger. The sensor also features an acoustic alarm, works stand-alone, floats on water, and includes a tilt or vibration sensor to alert you if the sensor has been moved.
