Aqara Door and Window Sensor T1
The Aqara Door and Window Sensor T1 is the successor to the previous generation and includes several improvements, such as Zigbee 3.0 and Over-The-Air (OTA) update support. This is the official European version with CE certification and meets legal requirements. The sensor operates on a CR1632 battery and communicates via Zigbee 3.0. You can easily place it anywhere as it comes with adhesive stickers. The sensor is thus easy to install, with no tools required. You can use its status for automations and notifications.
Compatible with popular smart home ecosystems through Aqara Hubs, including Matter, Homey, HomeKit, Alexa, Google Home, IFTTT, and more. Additionally, the sensor is directly compatible with SmartThings via the Aeotec Smart Home Hub, though this setup does not support HomeKit, Matter, or OTA updates.
